In August of 2016, Connor Thomas received a phone call from Dr. Suzanne Allen, President and CEO of Ohio Philanthropy, informing him that he has been selected as The Ohio Philanthropy 2016 Emerging Philanthropist. Some quick research proved this is a very special award given out by a large organization who was very impressed with and appreciative of his philanthropic efforts.

The banquet was held at the Westin Hotel September 18th, 2016 and true to form with Ohio Philanthropy this was a very professional and festive banquet. Connor spoke in front of 1,000 professionals, some of whom we have worked with since.

Connor was extremely honored to receive this award on behalf of all the American veterans who have inspired him. His success at the Citadel can easily be traced to many events, but being recognized by organizations as large as Ohio Philanthropy has certainly prompted him to do even more for American veterans.
