We are very proud to promote this beautiful and much appreciated gesture to honor our vets. Promoting this initiative is time-consuming, but well-received. School districts all fly the red, white, and blue and many have filled all their parking lots with a sign. Sycamore Schools, Kings Local Schools, Loveland City Schools, Batavia Local Schools, Little Miami Schools, Goshen Schools, Milford Schools, Mason City Schools, Middletown City Schools, Forest Hills Local Schools, Lakota Schools, Deer Park City Schools, Cincinnati Public Schools, Lebanon City Schools, Norwood City Schools, Bethel-Tate Local Schools, Springboro City Schools, Finneytown Local Schools, and Archbishop McNicholas and Bishop Fenwick Parochial Schools are all on-board and this initiative continues to grow. The My GI Foundation will pay for signs for small businesses or corporate entities as well, so if you are interested please contact us.
The first locally owned business in Loveland to get a sign was, Aquarian Pools & Spas. They love their vets and their founder is also a veteran. Texas Roadhouse, Jeff Wyler Auto Mall, Kings Auto Mall, and Car-X are on-board as well. The Loveland American Legion also proudly displays two signs. Union Township has signs now and the Pioneer Cemetery in Cincinnati has two. We also recently made new friends of the foundation in a local chapter of the Knights of Columbus and the City of Loveland .
Our freedoms and patriotism are very high right now and we are doing what we can to promote both. These signs are of real value to our wounded veterans and are a testimony to our veterans in general.
This is high on our priority list and we have many school districts to reach out to and with our tremendous success, we believe corporate Cincinnati will follow suit. We have delivered 401 signs around Cincinnati.
The signs are the brain child of Colonel John D. Folsom (RET) US Marine Corps. Colonel Folsom has been a great mentor of mine and knows we will place signs with those who honor our country and are proud of our veterans.
